I know, your block list can have trolls on it but no one else and you qualify, but if there are non trolls on it you have to unblock them to be listed

I might clear my block list even of trolls just to keep it neat, since the few trolls that I had to block are all closed anyways.
That’s what I did. I did block a new troll today, though.
