No, the assassin is someone who is assigned someone to kill, and if you kill the assassin, you get 7 points. The assassin has 5 ppk. If assassin kills the murderer if not assigned, then he gets 10 points, if assigned, gets 6 points. If murderer kills assassin, he still gets same amount (4ppk).
