KOTL: The Compound

Here’s how this works, this will be a slightly different KOTL, there will be rounds of elimination for each location. You must escape from one location to the next by any means necessary, this includes slaughters others. The less you died the quicker you will be able to escape first one to escape will receive points equal to the amount of people active in a game at once up to a limit of 30, the second will receive 29 and so on. That means there is a limit of 30 people for this round, the first 20 people to escape The Compound will move on to the next round and last 10 will be eliminated. The more points you have at the end of each round tue better stuff you will receive at the beginning of the next.


I have devised a simple player vs player combat system, the person who initiated combat will describe their action, and at the end they will put either ATK (attack) or DEF (defend), and a number 1-20. There is a system of health called fatigue, which is how tired you are from the fight, every time you get struck you gain level of fatigue, when you get 6 levels you are knocked out and your opponent can do as they wish, whether that be to execute you or to spare you. The number you choose will determine which players action successfully plays out, I will roll a random number generator 1-20. Whoever’s number is the closest, their action will succeed, time to explain the actions, ATK, which you can describe how ever you like is an attempt to add a fatigue level to your opponent, DEF is an attempt to decrease your fatigue level, and avoid your opponent’s ATK. If you both
Pick the same thing, then they cancel out and you both get a fatigue level.


I’ll try and keep up with everyone’s death count and inventory, but it would be smart to write your own down just incase. When you die you drop all your items, which you can find if your lucky. I am the only one that explains the outcome of your actions you simply tell me what action you want to do with the resources and information available to you. Don’t just say, “i get a gun” or “I play this person up” it has to be within reason with what you have and what info I have given you. Just say join and I will write your name down, max is 30 people, I’ll tell you when we start.


Ok let’s describe the starting area, this is a large room that has some flickering lights there are 4 exits to the room to the North, South, East, and West. You don’t know anything about this compound but you can see It has an eerie vibe, the pipes creak, dripping water can be heard, there’s blood on the ground and several dead bodies of which seems to be armored guards with body armor, and batons, pistols, and other weapons. This is the spawn point of this round.
