When I finish with the rope and bow and arrows, i tie the rope to 3 of the arrows, making a makeshift grappling hook.

That... isn't how this works... you can only make blueprints for existing items or random items

Hey, how come the others got stuff from their classes but I did not? all I got was a blueprint while the others got either a better blueprint or a healing potion!

You are a soldier. You have increased attack buffs along with your weapons. It's in the KOTL

You can make a ladder depending on how much stuff each person has- the guy with the best loot gets 100, the next best loot 95 and so on and so forth.
If you have less players, you can make it so the best guy gets 50 and second one gets 45 and so on.
