Stay home, enjoy chess on the internet, watch and listen to the tv/radio coverage of the US Open Grand Slam Tennis event.
The Bay Bridge here in San Francisco is closed in both directions so we're home for the holiday. I am plaining on finishing the intermediate training program on Chessmaster 10th Edition. I'm also taking my Ford Ranchero 500 Muscle Car out for a spin around this city (since San Francisco is like a ghost town). I might even pick up my guitar and play a bit. Of course there is all that gardening and home improvement I could be doing. Forget the home improvement. The weather is just perfect for chess!

watch some college football, work on chess.com, then go to santa cruz and enjoy some time with my happy little family. (wait, i guess in today's world 3 kids and 2 parents is a big family....)

I'm playing alot of chess on the holiday weekend so as of now all four of us are playing chess or working on this site during part of the weekend. We rock.
What are your plans for this holiday weekend? The most interesting or amusing plan wins nothing.
