Lasagna without cheese.

I accidently ended up with about 2 kg of lasagna noodles. I am not a good cook and usually just boil regular noodles then mix them in with other foods.

Can the large flat noodles be boiled like regular ones?

The container does not give a boiling time like the regular noodles do.

To eat Lasagna you have to cook it in the oven

It's 2000 grams ( 2kg ) because I buy a large amount of dried pasta noodles then slowly use them over months. I cannot have cheese ( lactose intolerant ) so lasagna without cheese sounds tricky.

Don't want to just throw them away ( not expensive but wasteful ) and I stink at cooking so was hoping they could just be boiled but they give zero directions for boiling on the box.

#17 DON'T boil them. Please. I know it looks like pasta but it's different

Avatar of Fobby_PaP

You don't necessarily need cheese for lasagna though, just add Ragù and Besciamella sauce and they still work

Thanks, I was worried because the box gave no directions, so it's nice to get confirmation, thank you!

You are welcome

Ragu sauce the pasta noodles and some ground beef I guess, will have to try that out, thanks again !
