Hmm. Do one thing, eat em like that. Or maybe dip them in some water
Lasagna without cheese.
It's 2000 grams ( 2kg ) because I buy a large amount of dried pasta noodles then slowly use them over months. I cannot have cheese ( lactose intolerant ) so lasagna without cheese sounds tricky.
Don't want to just throw them away ( not expensive but wasteful ) and I stink at cooking so was hoping they could just be boiled but they give zero directions for boiling on the box.
You don't necessarily need cheese for lasagna though, just add Ragù and Besciamella sauce and they still work

I accidently ended up with about 2 kg of lasagna noodles. I am not a good cook and usually just boil regular noodles then mix them in with other foods.
Can the large flat noodles be boiled like regular ones?
The container does not give a boiling time like the regular noodles do.
