I've mentioned this before, actually. I'm glad we're trying to solve some problems. I believe what I'm getting is called an 'existential crisis'. I kind of need to put my thoughts to the public so they can be mended, and put back in the abyss of my brain.

If nobody knows about you throughout your life, did you exist?

If nobody knows it's your birthday, did you get older?

If nobody makes records of your existence, what was the point of existing?

There is a meaning of life. My dictionary defines it as 'the condition that distinguishes organisms from inorganic objects and dead organisms, being manifested by growth through metabolism, reproduction, and the power of adaptation to environment through changes originating internally.' So what it's saying is to live life means you must be able to metabolise (age, grow), reproduce and adapt to your environment. But, what if we don't have these qualities?

Most scientists agree on these laws. To live, something must be capable of:
Movement
Respiration
Sensitivity
Growth
Reproduction
Excretion
Nutrition
or put simply, you must be able to move, breathe, feel things and react, grow, reproduce, excrete waste and eat.

If you could never do one of these things, you are a non living.

If you could only do these previously, and can no longer do them, you are considered dead.

This confuses me a lot. If you have got in an accident and can no longer feel things around you, are you dead?

If you are not old enough to have children, are you non-living?

I get that this is slightly off topic to what we're talking about, but science confuses me. It's messed up. It's supposed to show logic, but there are problems, loopholes, as we call them, that make science confusing. I respect scientists. They are trying to help us, by curing things that danger us and making life better altogether, but I'm confused with some of the simple rules, as mentioned above. Help me.
