We earn money through hard work , and most of it goes to Credit card bills ( with 30% APR) + Interest rates ( If you are buying House or car) + anything you buy outside you pay 20% taxes + tips + insurance ( life + health + car + house) - and if sth miscellaneous happens, you are in financial debt - Lately it’s very hard to find jobs paying higher salary. Who is benefiting out of your life? credit card companies, banks and mainly the Government( We never know how the taxes would be in future years- Probably there comes a time where they may tax you for air water ( We are living in a RAT society- It’s just a RAT race, where the winner is someone who is in an influential position. Just question how long will it take for you to make 1 Million$ / forget it how about 100k$?
Pasta_AlPesto

Welp, if you realized that just now, boohoo

TheEvanMack

You're just realizing this? Yikes

System isn't broken, it was made this way on purpose

TheEvanMack

But for me, on my current salary, 35.7 years to make a million, not accounting for any sort of tax, in a society where houses are 2.5 Million

Pasta_AlPesto

Mh. The biggest problem is probably buying houses indeed. Not that I am en expert (I am literally 15), but in my country you sometimes you pay 600€ of rent for a 20 m² house

#1 Yes those things are true, but you have the ability to get out if that and make your money work for. Read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki and 'Secrets of the Millionaire Mind's by T. Harv Eker and I promise you'll find a way out of the trap you're stuck in.

theeldest1

Those books will change your life. I promise it.

I loved "Rich dad poor dad". Taught me nothing, but it was entertaining

If nothing else, it's a more positive look on life and how you should manage your money...

Abtectous
Society was built this way intentionally.
CharmxCharisma

Life isn't stupid, the people who try to control your life are stupid.

CharmxCharisma

At least, in this sense of "stupid" you are using.

CharmxCharisma

No I did not read that big paragraph of yours.
