How to fix and deal with procrastination from judges like these dudes literally start writing on the last day and submit on the last second for absolutely no reason 😭

Oh man, that was always a problem lol I think I probably just kept reminding them until they got it done.. Sometimes it worked and we got results out on time, other times we just had to post the results a little late, and people.. well, they weren't exactly happy but it was fine lol

I meant procrastination from competitors they literally start writing on the last day and and submit at the last second despite extensions and all

The judges (which includes me) are very cool lol we do our job on time without procrastinating a bit the problem was these competitors everyday posting notes like "i will definitely start writing tomorrow" and this tomorrow only comes on the last day

I dont really remember but I think probably we just stuck with the deadlines. If it was submitted late, that's that. I think we showed grace sometimes tho if there was good reason to.

lightning can you make a poll to see if people want to play in weekly chess tourneys and you play in those as well, and you make those tourneys?
