Looking for Help

I just had gastric bypass surgery Nov. 20th which I had to pay for on my own because my insurance wouldn't pay for it and I've seen too many people, including my mom, live horrible lives and die from obesity.

Anyways, besides the medical bills and complications with that, I was in a horible car accident Nov. 28 just 8 days after surgery. I was t-boned, lukily on my passanger side or I might me dead. I'm so thankful it was the passener side and that I'm healthy (just  little sore and it's hard to stay postive) but I'm trying my best.

I have no family who will give me money, loan me money, or help me in anyway. I don't have any close friends who can afford to help me. Every one is just scrapping by.

I need the money for medical bills and to buy a car and to try and get to a place where I am safe and living a healty happy life where I coul help someone someday. I definitely believe in karma.

Any amount you could give would warm my heart and soul. The idea of a stranger helping me out when my own family won't is so touching and reminds there are so many kind people in this world.

Granted, but so is asking for financial help online. Many scams have similar properties. Especially where money is involved.

Boogalicious you said nothing about a scam in your original post. Yes, this might be a scam. But it might also be a heart felt appeal to the chess. com community. The op has been a member since the first of the year. So she didn't just join to perpetuate a scam. So I would suggest members look at the fund me link and take their own decision.

Nothing about a scam inferred initially. Right. Most all reader's have a small doubting thomas seed in the back of the brain. The difference is they leave it there. In Boog's case this small seed is a mastesized area covering his entire frontal lobe. This has the effect of making him blurt out in a sharp and harsh manner before time and consideration can clear the air or giving a poster benefit of the doubt or room to expound on their prior post(ings). Or leave wiggle room for apology that saves face for the apologist- if that is the case.

If this was a decision tree. The first two main branches would be 'for' and 'against'.

For meaning its a heartfelt plea to the community warranting serious consideration to pull out pockets.

Against meaning its a scam.

The probabilities would start at. 5 each. One reason for does not start out higher is because my doubting thomas seed says that if I were making a public plea by starting a new thread it would not contain a multitude of simple typos. Simple typos for me convey a lack of sincerity. There is spell check available. You think, "well, if the situation is so so bad, wouldn't you take the time to proof it and proof it again after posting using edit button if necessary?". My tale of woe contains many of her elements so her 'for' probability started out at .89 initially with later decision tree branches making adjustments to the final decision later.

Last word about insincere typos and sincere typos/grammar. IMO bishop made one in the last sentence of his last post mixing take their own action with make their own decision. However, you can just tell it is a real error as opposed to what seems are intentional errors in writing.

This was 7 years ago, no one is in interested in your new and improved scam on a dead thread.
