Oh boy... here we go again.
Have it start and end later, so I don’t have to get up at 6:30.
Have a box of tissues in all the classrooms. PLEASE. HELP ME OUT HERE.
Make sure all the classes have under 24 students but over 18 (optimal range)
Have karaoke. Because why not?

The real thing that makes it breaks a school, though, is its students. If the students are decent, nice, caring people, you’ll have a great time, even if the teachers are garbage and curriculum is horrible. If all your peers are idiots, nothing can save you.

Have more flexible homework I would think, and work on having under 1 hr of it. Make the schedule for each school consistent... don't force subjects... make some homework "exploration" of new fields of stuff you could learn...

Maybe when you were younger a different school system could prevent the peers from becoming idiots.
