That's an interesting point Estren. Well the map is to find the goal . Actually the mapping is just recording the knowledge then you let it go and find more .

But without that mapping you drop back down .

I liked the term awareness never tires .

I'm thinking this morning about the fact that I see no choice before me.

This is how it goes for me .

So initially there are all these choices . Eventually though you see that all these choices begin with an original choice which is the choice whether or not to solve the problem that your mind conceives in relation to the choice .

So you can act mindfully in the moment and without distraction by thought or agitation.

Eventually I realised that the answer was to just be mindful and be myself and at that point all choice disappears because I realise mindfulness is the answer and I act instinctively .

I don't think it's that I've liberated myself from choice but rather I've seen the reality of things which is that truly choice does not exist .

There is no free will and therefore my friends there is nothing to hate .
