Why does this site, allow members to post topics , about the fact that they carry knives 🔪…….do we really need to see this sort idiotic rubbish . The mods are quick to close far less serious threads , so why haven’t they closed this one 🤷♂️

I’m well aware that this is the norm in the USA , but is it really necessary for this to be used as a topic on this site . I’m sure many members would rather that they were closed .

I don’t see the issue. The thread seemed fine. Lots of people in the U.S carry pocket knives. Not sure why it would need to be closed.

of course its idiotic rubbish, only the joker understands why killing with knives is better. now, if we want to kill someone, guns or swords are much better than idiotic knives.

USA has a knife culture and UK has a knife problem.
Killing? Who's talking about killing? I carry a small folding knife with a blade about 2" long. The blade on my keychain multi-tool is about 1". It's extremely rare that I carry anything larger. They're just small tools that come in handy on many occasions.
It's something like this in UK, You can carry any knife if you have a reason to, but if you have no specific reason you can only carry a small non locking knife. But if the police ever search you for whatever reason and you have any knife on you they won't like it because the police don't know the law themselves half the time.

In fact real big knives are allowed too, just las week, we bought a new knife, for cutting meat and stuff,(the big ones...) we carried it home, no one put us in jail for it =)
