AWWWW CRAP, this muffin head won't stop, even i tried to convince staffs and admins to "IP ban" him, he still comes back, i got a response from @justbefair, "IP ban are not effective against knowledgeable abusers", I understand, but now our peace immediately goes down whenever we caught this muffin rejoining with fresh new accounts
