You can try playing the last chunk of a mainline Kirby game. Those are usually terrifying.
Special mentions to Crystal Shards and Forgotten Land. Those take the cake for the most horrifying.

FNAF: Help Wanted
Both games being in vr makes it 1000 times creepier, this is from firsthand experience. The first one is scarier, but the second is still pretty scary

I would say Amanda the adventurer because it has to do with a little girl lured to her death and possessed a character in a tv show while being possessed by a demon
