WAIT! I just listen to the song that you posted @greekgod1018 and...I've heard it before! It's a great song!
gucci piano opening for white?
Nah, he probably just means that he likes to play piano. Unless I'm just dead wrong.

I know i was kidding. Thelonious Monk is my favorite piano player.
XD, I don't really have a favorite player, don't know a ton about piano unfortunately. However, I would like to curse whoever was drunk enough to come up with a paradiddle diddle. Those things drive me up a wall.
And for anyone who does not know: A paradiddle diddle is a strange type of stitching for snare drum. Normally, you would play with alternate sticking (Right hand, left hand, right hand, left hand, etc.), but a paradiddle doubles one hand, turning it from RLRL to RLRR. And a paradiddle diddle adds another more diddle on the opposite hand, making it RLRRLL. And they are typically played at very high BPMs.
It is not off topic. But yes, you seem to know what I am talking about, and can share my pain. My hands always begin to tighten and hurt whenever I play them for too long.
They do not teach that in music theory. We're really just going over the basics: Intervals, Triads, 7th Chords, Inversions, Part Writing, and Chord Progressions, to name a few.
I was the best trumpet in my band. Although, not really much of an accomplishment in my life.
Don't sell yourself short! I play trumpet, and know how hard it is to play due to the size of the mouthpiece. The main reason I have gotten so good at it is because of my prior experience.

I know, I just do sometimes since learning it was like one of my biggest struggles. It did pay off though.
If there is one thing I have learned in my 8 years of playing music, it is to keep committing yourself to it, and you will find yourself getting better. Practicing a good bit, at least 1 hr, preferably closer to 2/3 hrs, will also help you improve in leaps and bounds.
No problem! If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me, or post it here! I am always active on weekdays. (well...except for on the vacation I will be taking in a couple days. A guy needs a break, y'know?)
The midterm won't take long, it only the most frustrating topic: Music Theory!
