Woolly, we’ve been over this. When you’re muted, you are still allowed to make threads, just not be able to post on otf.
Basix you have indeed been over this with me , however it still seems a strange way of muting someone ……by definition muting means “ Silencing “

Yeah, but he would likely be banned.
I'm taking a guess that the reason they allow muted people to make threads is to prevent some sort of glitch that they are too lazy to fix otherwise... this didn't used to be the case
I suppose so. Usually the threads muted people create don’t violate the tos or anything, though.
