I personally struggle with portraits. The proportions are more critical. If the eyes are too far apart or the nose too high up from the mouth, it throws everything off. I once did a portrait of my son and my art professor told me to never let him see it that it would scar him for life...lol

Oh! Maybe you can try hard. I don't actually have any drawing classes.
Imagine if you did get some formal training, you could be really really good. You clearly have a natural talent. I started with drawing and now I paint with acrylics. I would like to try oils, they are better for blending and texture. I gave up on portraits and mostly do landscapes, architecture and abstract. The nice thing about abstract is that you cam mess up and no one would know the difference

The one point perspective is really good, I’ve been trying to get good at perspective but it never comes out right lol
My favorite is still #33. 🤣
