We adopted an old blind cat a long time ago looked exactly like that.

My friend has a deaf cat, he’s so funny, he meows super loud because he doesn’t realize how loud he his, and you will when you touch him without him seeing you
#3 - I have absolutely no idea, I don't know anything about cats
#5 - We're taking her to the vet tomorrow to get her fixed and to check her for illness and get her shots and stuff because she was born a street cat (we think) so we've gotta make sure she didn't pick anything up
#6 - We think she may be hard of hearing, but she's not deaf completely. We wonder if anything is wrong with her hearing/eyesight because she has trouble deciphering where she's going a lot
