Basement, everything on floor 1, and the set of repeating rooms on floor 2 (which has been solved by noobiest), and floor 3. The floors unlock one at a time.

Looks like it's full of hallways and bedrooms. You hear a mechanical whirring coming from one of the rooms. Sounds like it's getting closer.
