What about writing about all ur chess games
I have published flash fiction (1000 words or less). It helps to have minimal character and a basic story arc.
Mine For example: a hired gun is on duty to take out a humanoid robot that has gone rogue. (The society has already integrated these “H-BOT”s) As he is scoping in on her, he realizes she is probably an actual human.) With his boss on the job with him, he decides to check at a closer distance. He is correct in his assessment, and tells his boss. His boss wants him to shoot her anyways, so the hired gun is forced to disobey. When his boss opens fire on him, he is forced to shoot back. He takes out his boss, and it turns out his boss was an H-BOT.
This was published in May, online by Havok Publishing, and is currently a finalist for their print anthology.
