you can't count if you're the last one who counted, and you can only count 3 times before someone counts to 10 or someone breaks the chain

Count to 10. If you successfully make it, everyone who participated gets 1 point.
If you decide to break the chain, you steal 3 points if they counted to at least 6.
If there aren't points to steal, you get - points instead.
You can go into the negatives, but if you reach -10, you can't break the chain anymore.
Good luck! You can't count more than 3 times before the chain breaks or 10 is reached, and not in a row.
