New Years Resolutions

get back up to running 6 miles a day and 30 per week.
Well any new years resolutions still in the game, January 7th (or 8th) must be serious resolutions!!
Mine: I'm not gonna let old folk (old folk = anyone near or older than 60) drive my BP through the roof with any of their actions or ideas.
Plus I'll try to be less of a chauvinist. It's my effort to help the weaker sex.
