He knows the rules, if he's not vaxxed he doesn't get in. It's the Australian Open, so Australia gets to make the rules that they believe will best protect their citizens; their country, their travel restrictions. The vaccine restrictions are fair for Djokovic just like theyr'e fair for any other citizen, they can't bend the rules for him when the health and wellbeing of so many Australians is on the line.

I tested positive last Tuesday unfortunately they don't tell you which variant, if he tested positive in December? I see no reason why he can't play.

Firstly, I'm not taking any sides, because I don't care about tennis. But it has to be a little more complicated than that - A judge agreed with his argument. (...fanning the flames, lol)

But - they seem to be. Bending the rules.
For some reason - it seems the Australian Open tennis tournament allowed players to enter without checking with the Australian government properly - and without suggesting the players check with the government properly too.
Ideally all the players not vaccinated would just agree to pack up and go back to their home countries.
Then its over. Everybody 'wins'.
But that's not going to happen.
Some players are allowed to enter the country unvaccinated while thousands of people are turned away is already unfair.
But its not just about 'unfair'.
Nobody is 'forcing' those players to be vaccinated - nor to play - nor to stay in Australia.
They get to stay - that whole country Loses. It'll always be wrong forever.

If they do - it saves the country. But better if they deport All of the unvaccinated foreign players.
If they don't - its like Australia fighting Covid so hard and so successfully to reduce its deaths per millions so much compared with so many countries - is being walked all over ... trashed ... thumbnosed at ... its outrageous. A tragedy and travesty in the making.
