0 is reserved for trolls. 1 is if I haven't seen you before. 2 is if OTF would be a better place without you. 3 is not a big impact, but not a negative impact. 4 is net positive for OTF. 5 is ray of sunshine that can do no harm, also reserved for my OTF buddies.
No, there won't be a ranking of everyone. Too much work.
