Although, with the new hot topic of aphantasia, I've heard that some people lack an inner monologue... those people don't think using language, they think using elemental concepts (I guess).
I mean, I guess the question is trying to ask "how does a person think in the afterlife if they died very early" but there are at least two pretty silly things about that...
The first one is that the afterlife, by definition, is supernatural... so there are no rules. Logic doesn't apply and you can make up anything you want. For example if a person is born in the United States and dies 1 day later, then in the afterlife they think using English. Why? Because why not, there are no rules.
The second silly thing is that if you're alive after you die... then you're alive. So you can learn language then. There's no reason you should only be able to learn language on earth in the human body.
