I’m not happy you were rude to me on my forum but you can get COVID-19 after you already got the vaccine
So the vaccine isn’t all that safe it only lasts for so long
And I had a finger poke this morning for me
That should be the first and only priority
A union exists for a single reason: to better the conditions, both working and monetarily, of its members….often this has NOTHING to do with the well being of students and in many cases can be against the students best interests
For example the issue of tenure and promotion based purely on seniority. This makes it a reality that terrible teachers cannot be reprimanded and outstanding teachers cannot be rewarded.
In America we spend an ENORMOUS amount of $ per student…and achieve absolutely terrible results. Yet these people are always crying for more money.
In no other profession can you consistently create TERRIBLE results and still convince people you should have more $.
It’s a modern day tragedy.
