In this club, you can report the people you think are framing you, threatening you, or has multi-accounts with specific proofs. You need to make a forum with the proofs you have.
When your complaint is true and needs very quick action, we would report the person immediately so no other victim gets threatened or harassed by the person.
Mostly, people don't talk to anyone or more specifically, the victim doesn't know where and who to approach and who to trust and say the fact that they are either getting bullied or being abused/threatened/framed. This is where the club plays its role. The purpose of this club is NOT to make fame or anything but to help people who need help the most and to get rid of many of these bad guys as a Union.
People might bully people, make bad comments about them and u can't stand long, frame you, threaten you, or make bad comments about you in the public? Please come to us and we can help you by either warning the person not to do it and if the situation Is very terrible, we might have to take action and report the person, just to help everyone and #NO BULLYING/HARASSING/THREATENING/ETC.

Doesn't look like a photoshop to me and I don't think chess.com is fine with these accusations in general forums so if you want to tell people about it, you could message chess.com or PM someone. I am not saying it for defense of Vinumon, but you could get muted for maybe a day.

OK, I'm sorry about that, but shouldn't you just block him to avoid conflict? You could always just message chess.com about it, and they'll sort it out. Trust me. Violence isn't always the answer.
