Alright, you fall off your bike with a cuncussion and you also break a rib, the concussion results in serious brain damage causing memory loss. You no longer know who anyone is, when your girlfriend realizes this she dumps you on the spot and leaves you with your broken rip, soon the injury become so serious that you become malformed and die eventually due to the fact that you cannot function properly
