Short of blocking people, not really. Posting off topic is really against the rules but it is something the site hasn't been too draconian on.

I think it's the choice of your topics. You shouldn't make topics addressed to the staff when you can just sent in a customer ticket. You are not the first to do this nor will you be the last.
A forum search reveals that this is one of the most standard subjects people make threads about and off course after awhile the chess.com forum community goes tired of it and starts trolling these topics.
Dont ask for help of the staff. Just send in a support ticket.

so you wrote a forum complaining that you take offence at what others write in your forums. Didn't really think this through, did we...
Quick Question, I have been trying to ask questions on forums and stuff and on every forum people post nonsense and use the forum as a talk session, on the latest forum that i posted to ask for help from Staff members people post rwndom things not even related to the question! This is really annoying especiall because i put it in the help / support section but all these people do is Not help at all (some people try to help) but thats like 1 person out of 10. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
