Hmmmm... strong consideration should be given of course to "big fat meanie"... other wise known as that "angel' of a renter on 5th street. My life isnt the same every 1st of the month :D

doesnt turn green... but leaves nasty messages and gets in "yo face" if she even ...thinks... a blade of grass is out of place. And yet... every room in the place has "caved in" dry wall. I mean... who does that? :(
she sounds very mean - i think i am going to vote for her too ... which means she is winning
