Secondly I see that choice is an illusion and I think is that really true ? Can we ever truly make a choice .
Thirdly I think is it healthy to be mindful . Isn't worry healthy?
Fourthly I think should I record what I observe ?
But you know all the functioning stuff I can capture in my documenting my Omfoc in regards to being healthy . That's not what this thread is about . I'm here to document what I observe when I observe my Omfoc in regards to what we are

Good job tom of not talking anymore about your beliefs.

You are nothing but a sort of living machine with the ability of eating, loving and fighting. Enjoy it while it lasts, the fact your existence is not trascendent doesn't make it less worthy, maybe the opposite.
I disagree.

He has left three times that I can recall. Each time he was in the middle of a game with me. Improved my rating. :)

Lol
I read in another thread where tom asked how to get better at chess. Study and practice were a waste of his time. Not practical. He seemed to be under the impression that by "observation' alone there was a way to magically improve.
That's the tom we've all come to know and love.

Carlsen has stated in an interview that he studies chess four hours per day (I thought it would have been more). Tom spends four hours per day in the forums. Hey, as long as you're enjoying yourself...

4 hours study + another 4 of playing games I would think.
That's probably more likely...and he has different specialist coaches for all aspects of the game (e.g., openings etc.) I would love that, but I have a real job. Tom, on the otherhand, has a wonderful wife he loves who scolds him for all the time he spends in the forums (as she should).

Tom is unaware that she has called me personally on several occasions concerned about dereliction of family commitments. The forums can be a harder habit to break than nicotine.
Problem is the best way to quit smoking is cold turkey. An unthinkable solution for forumitis addiction.
Appearences, can be deceiving! ..I.e. It only Seems like I'm being 'dogmatic'/doctrinaire, by relating {copying}, the following; From 'The Source' as it were! .. whether recognized by All; Or more likely Not!
John 15:16 thru-17 - "You have Not chosen me; But I have chosen You!; And ordained you, that you should bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain; That whatever you ask of the Father, in-my-name; He may give it to you.{17} These things I command you, that ye love one another."
