That sounds like pay2learn... or pay to improve.
Membership does not give you any specialty moves to finish your player. Everyone has an equal opportunity of winning... your skill level may vary.
I also reviewed some of your current games and you can go in and see the reviews... so you may not need to pay for some reviews... just be friendly and helpful to others and they may return the same favour to you.

chess.com is pay2win. A user who has a diamond membership is going to improve much faster than a user without it. And you might say that they keep adding new features but oh wait, you need a membership to use them. for example, play coach. You can only play him 3 times without a membership but unlimited times with it.
Memberships don't get you books or tutors. Anyone can get those. Memberships nearly help you improve with chess.coms tools. Also, they gotta put bread on the table somehow
