A troll kidnapped five OTFers and sat them down, each with two pills (a red one and a blue one) in their hand and a glass of water. He told them each to take one pill but warned them that one was poisonous and the other was harmless. Whichever pill the OTFer didn’t take, the troll would take. Every OTFer chose the poisonous pill and died. How did the troll get them all to take the poisonous pill?

was the glass of water poisoned? or were both poisoned but the troll simply waited until the OTFer ate one, causing the OTFer to die, and then just didn't eat the pill?

It didn't matter if the troll swallowed. the pill or not because the poison was in the water.

OMG... there's been another murder!
All three of these people were found next to the body. All three are holding weapons that could have been used for murder.
- The cook has knives and is covered in blood.
- The caretaker has a rope,
- The server has a gun.
But just one of them was responsible for the woman's death. Who could it be?

I vote the server, everyone else has plausible alibis for why they have their murder weapons (cook is chopping meat, got blood on him, a caretaker having a rope for whatever they do) but a gun is a tool made purely for violence, and I see no reason why a server of all people would be packing heat

You've been on a role... but not this time. Clearly... the server is American and has a constitutional right to pack heat (but I'll stop there for fear of getting warned for discussing politics).
I guess the caretaker. The cook has a conceivable reason for being covered in blood—cutting up meat, for example.
