There are no signs of any gun or knife wounds. The only plausible murder weapon is the rope. Also, the caretaker's strap is down- fashion statement or the sign of a recent struggle?

It was the caretaker,
When observing the body, you would notice that there aren’t any bloodstains present. And since the the other two workers had weapons that would afect the victim into bleeding, the caretaker is the only person that didn’t used a weapon that would cause bleeding.

It low-key could be anyone. The cook could be trying to frame someone else, the caregiver could've strangled him or the server shot the women and the blood splattered on the cook.
