Depends what or how they're trolling. Just remember they are trying to provoke an emotional reaction. Don't give them the satisfaction or reacting. Ignore them. They'll move on.
If it's about discussing politics or religion.. just know there are valid opinions people may have... you may not agree with them... but you likely wont change them. Identify when people are just trying to trrigger you.

Another question. You said moderator account earlier. So did you have another account before you became a mod? I figured they just kinda slap the mod title on your existing account when you pass the test.
