Can we please be done with this og stuff? With all due respect, it only serves two purposes which are to provide a shallow ego burst to older OTFers, and to intimidate newer members. I don’t why this is a recurring trend, there are no real positives to going on and on about ogs.
99 exactly, and beyond that there’s no need to celebrate people who’ve been here longer over people who’ve been here less long. The term og implies that there are not ogs, also it is frequently used improperly to refer to the people that are arbitrarily determined as the best people here rather than actually to refer to people who have been here longer anyway.
*that there are people who are considered not og ie worse just for being newer
