I get where you're coming from, but I once suggested the same during the IB attacks. The idea wasn't welcomed, and I've come to the conclusion that we shouldn't have to do it. Why should we move? We belong here. If anything, it's the spammers and trolls who should move.

The idea of an OTF club is good, but it would probably die pretty quick

Another easy solution is if everyone just blocks the spammers and trolls. If lots of people do that, then they will have very limited range on what they can comment on in the forum.

You don't need everyone to. If lots of people do it, they will get bored quicker.

I think that would cause more arguments over this. Like someone getting mad because someone else classified them as a 'spammer' or a 'troll' and blocked them.
