Alright time to research.
By looking into OTF Freaky Ranks and OTFOOC, I have researched the periods of time that it has happened. It turns out that Stixy is NOT freaky, due to the periods of time (when they are freaky) are in long periods, and are not immediate. I am not being held at Gunpoint.

Theory 2: Phantom Mutes.
…fu** phantom mutes. I have 10 of them! They SUCK! This is why I retired! (Real) this is stupid, and many people have been effected. I believe that this is probably just some glitch and it was a mistake by the admins or something (like an antispam thing)
