I'm brand new to this community! I don't think i will be super active here, but it's nice to have a community where everyone is treated equally regardless of age or elo.
I thought OTF was be a ghost town of troll posts.

This is my timeline . Started Otf, people didn't like me and I made some bad threads . After a couple months I changed and made some good friends including Devin , Hope , Macca etc . Then got into some controversial debates and now I have been muted and came back.

i feel like otf is a great place to relive one's lost elementary school/middle school years (because there are like almost no weirdos on chess.com unlike say discord) i have encountered and usually everything is fairly chill.

It's a decent place. It's a little childish, but I enjoy it here.

Creeps obviously exist everywhere, but I never say anyone who gave like predator vibes, sure weirdos exist everywhere but for the most part someone here is only a creep if they are very obviously a creep.
