i feel like otf is a great place to relive one's lost elementary school/middle school years (because there are like almost no weirdos on chess.com unlike say discord) i have encountered and usually everything is fairly chill.

This has been a good year for me. On OTF I started my AMA, which is my largest thread. I got involved in a couple of War sim threads which are very interesting, and I was the main person at Summer Break OTF Prom. However, I feel like outside of those threads, people don’t like talking to me. My posts go unnoticed and I’ve accidentally made people mad. (Espio blocked me and I’m not sure why.) I feel more disconnected than the other people here. No matter how much I post, and I pre been doing quite a bit, I still don’t really feel like I’m part of OTF. I don’t have many OTF friends, people who are online when I am and like talking with me. I’m not trying to get anyone’s pity, this is just how my year has been.
