President Dead appoints Unblocked as Minister of the Interior, in charge of guaranteeing loyalty and patriotic values within the FRBE. AG is appointed Admiral of the FRBE Navy. Mei is appointed Minister of Defense, and standing Major General of the FRBE Army.

Of the $300,000 dollars currently in the FRBE treasury, (300 coins to 300,000) $200,000 are used to raise soldiers for the army, creating about 800 new soldiers (converted from 80 to 800 for the defense of the homeland. The remaining $100,000 is used to build 20 more tanks. (2 to 20)
