Passionate chess community – discussions beyond the board

Even joking doesn't justify violating the Chess.com Community Policy. No foul here, don't worry.
FYI, I'm mostly concerned about content that attacks and harasses users based on identity factors (such as nationality, race, religion, disabilities, gender and sexual orientation). This is hate speech and can be very hurtful and harmful to those targeted.

How about the op in this thread who is using chat GPT to generate text here and in other places?
This might be the reason I'm viewing this thread, however, I will share a rare glimpse into how we enforce the community policy...
- Even if I knew it was generated by ChatGPT, this is not prohibited by the community policy.
- Use of an image not their own... not a rule and the image doesn't appear to violate the community policy.
- It doesn't appear to be spam.
- It may be an advertisement... but for what exactly?

If it were an invite to a club (outside of the club forum) this would be a violation. No club is referenced (or external website). There is no call to action. At the moment, use of ChatGPT is not prohibited. Moderators don't make the community policy, however, I would urge you to also share this suggestion in the site feedback forum and/or contacting support@chess.com. I also share suggestions like this with the moderation team.
