I’ve never been phantom muted or anything, only banned(this is my second chance acc as u all know. (Why am I even saying this. Useless comment from me ignore))
I haven't been phantom muted since it first became a thing.

Here’s what I think happens (that’s new) it apply after like 100 comments
This might be to prevent spamming
It counts the comments for the whole day
For new people what the old stuff
It makes you not be able to chat but you can DM,create threads and edit comments
If you find anything else or want to complain about it please type or edit already there posts
