I think the reason it didn't happen to me before is because I wasn't massively active in the forums for the last few days. Since I've been slightly more active today, I think that triggered it.
I think it lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Those who are effected are still able to DM people, edit their already made comments, and probably a few other things. There is no known way to fix it, however I have DMed @erik
when im on app i get that authenticate message i just close the app and open it again and its fixed
