Photos

Good day

Maybe some of you might have a few ideas about cropping photos?  If I have a photo and would like to add, edit, someway slightly enhance or correct something in a photo, what would be a good program to use?  If you know of a good program and link of where to find this that would be great.  Hopefully a free download and of course a safe website.  I know what I'd like to do but don't know how to do this.  Once I see a program, check it out a little I am certain I can work through it with maybe only a little difficulty to start.

yah, photoshop i think had free version also...hope others can give you site that will answer your question..
