But please think of it this way. What is the difference between getting a kiss on the cheek from your mother compared to an individual you are interest in.
The difference between love with a significant other and just someone you may love is the feelings you obtain from the same action.

But that’s the thing, I don’t know. Idk what romantic interest is like, genuinely, so I don’t know how to answer that question.

I mean romantic attraction, like the kind that is felt by

Now I’ve described love in a dreamy way and really what you do Once your in love. But the truth is your love for someone is entirely unique to the connection you and the other person have.
I see you’ve mentioned that you only feel a pull towards your friends. And as funny as it sounds it may be because you actually love them. Of course it may not be as intense as if you had those feelings towards your significant other but it’s the same concept. You share a mutual interest with your friends you’ve been there for each other. You’ve had laughs together maybe you’ve cried together. And in that you start to love your friends. Not in an intimate way but in a platonic way.
The best case scenario for you finding love if for your relationship to follow the same pattern as the one you have with your friends. The only difference being some special thing only that one person can give you in life. Unfortunately I cannot help you find that special thing. But if you are truly ment to be for each other you shouldn’t need my help
