Hi to all TDT members and thank you for suppotring TDT.
As you may know The Dream Team(TDT) was in "Final B" of TM League 2009.Our opponent was "The Power Of Chess"(POC). Match should have started on 11.07.2009. but POC broke rules and started removing players that were lower rated because we had higher rated players facing their removed ones....they removed all players rated bellow 1200 and more above 1200...Since this was not first time that POC removed players and broke TM League rules I noticed their admins about this with this message:
Hi
I am sorry but I have to inform you that I will have to report your team (The Power Of Chess) because of removal of players in Final B match.This is not first time that POC did this.This is not allowed by rules of TM League.
I hope that you are not involved in this dishonest behavieur.I hope that you understand that this is not anything personal against you and that I am letting you know this in advance because I want to be correct and honest.

Most of their admins responded that they didnt have anything to do with and that I should contact Stefan1Zamir (superadmin). I did and he said that:
Our admins removed players with account closed but players who were not active and all parties had recently lost the time-out ... they were enrolled but were lost by the time-out parties. .. players who are not active ... they lost by a time-out all matches and will lose on the future on time-out
Admins say that they didnt do it and superadmin says that admins did it.
I dont understand:
-How closed account can join a team match?
-How not active player can join team match without activating himself?
-If 99% players on chess.com and in POC lost at least one game by timeout why didnt they removed all players that lost games by timeout and not only those boards (lower rated) where they were in disadvantage.
I am sorry but the POC was breaking rules of TM league before and got away with it and I can not allow that it happens again to TDT and members of my group.I did everything I could to resolve this in fair and honest way but it gave no results.As it looks this repeated breaking of rules by POC ruined entire TM 2009 League and whole year of team matches played.
So I am posting this in public and letting public to form their own opinion and judgement.
I do not want to start witch-hunt and I belive that most admins and members of "The Power Of Chess"(POC) are innocent and didnt have anything to do with this dishonest behavior but this shoud be resolved.
