are u on the browser when it freezes. i doubt it is an issue with the website/server since i've never had that issue.
check to make sure ur internet connection is stable, your browser is up to date, and your computer is running at optimal conditions

IT IS UNFAIR FOR THE GAME TO FREEZE AND TAKE POINTS AWAY IF IT DOESN'T RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL GAME . IT HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES RECENTLY AND I LOST 21 POINTS AND I HAD THE ADVANTAGE EACH TIME . IT SHOULD BE A WASH , NO POINTS TAKEN . IT DESTROYS THE CONFIDENC IN THE SITE.
