for those of you who weren't around when it was, it was a blank white screen that just said "yes" at the top in black lettering

Symptoms of TopToon ads include having a graphic novel panel of what's basically a female Voldemort with extremely large and far-apart eyes, you wouldn't think it possible for eyes to be that big or far apart, a blush, and an extremely small mouth, making me think that she is a genetic lab experiment gone wrong since the eyes are the size of a mouth and the mouth is the size of an eye, looking directly at the camera and saying, "What?! How is it this big?!" somewhere on your screen at all times. Again, if you have this symptom, call the hotline or visit the website below.
