The assault forms charge Kiki, blunt objects out, intent on knocking Kiki out and then bringing her back for questioning.

Elliot sighs. [ “Chip” is just not a good name. ]

”Well, now, more than ever, we should stay together. Either we all stay, or we all leave.”

He pauses to look at everyone; the tension is palpable.

”Should we flip a coin? Heads for staying, Tails for leaving.”

alright. I’ll flip it

*flips it, using a trick to make it look random, when it’s guaranteed to be tails*

tails. We should get prepared before we leave though

Elliot accepts defeat, though with clenched teeth.

”Ok, then. We should need… food, a map, a compass and something to carry all of those in.”

The roach signals to the hivemind, and routes are drawn up, multiple forms summoned, and the Waterlogged stands at the ready for an ambush.

ok. I can turn my nanobots into a bag, but the more we have to store, the weaker the bag will be, so it can’t store too much, probably just the map, compass, and a small amount of food. We still will need another bag

“Oh. There’s a tiny problem. How do we get all the way to San Francisco?”

a car could probably get us there, we should look for one

“We can’t go outside to do that.” Elliot pinches the bridge of his nose.
